History
Ryan Lawn & Tree began in 1987 with a simple idea: provide exceptional lawn and landscape care delivered by knowledgeable professionals who truly care. What started as one small branch has now grown into a multi-location organization serving communities across the Midwest. From Kansas and Missouri to Oklahoma and beyond, RYAN continues to expand while staying true to the values that built our reputation — expertise, reliability, and service from the heart.
Culture
Reliable results come from discipline, preparation, and accountability. Every service is approached with a clear process, careful execution, and attention to detail — so work is done correctly, efficiently, and with respect for your property. Ongoing training and professional standards ensure that recommendations are thoughtful, communication is clear, and each visit delivers measurable value. Whether the need is straightforward or complex, the focus remains the same: dependable service, consistent outcomes, and care you can trust to be done right.
Our Values
Giving back
Serving others is more than part of our culture — it’s who we are. Our Wichita team proudly participates in community efforts that support veterans, families, and local organizations. From volunteering time and expertise to offering pro-bono services for those in need, we believe in giving back to the city that supports us.
“Chance efficiently serviced and repaired the irrigation heads on my irrigation system. I was given the cost before work began, and he was able to get to it immediately. I have replaced irrigation heads occasionally. He replaced 8 in the time it takes me to replace 1. He also adjusted several heads. He was extremely polite and professional. Very good value. I am very pleased with this company. I highly recommend them.”

“We had two trees trimmed in the backyard. The crew showed up and made sure they knew what was discussed in the estimate. We walked around the work area and discussed the trimming to be done. When it was completed, they made sure we were happy with the work. The service was great and exceeded expectations. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. The serviceman in the tree did an amazing job trimming up the overhang of the neighbor’s tree. Thanks for a professional job!”

“Paul and another gentleman came out to try and find a sprinkler line. They did a fantastic job and took the time to adjust other heads in my backyard. I don’t know why I bother with replacing heads when these guys can do it in five minutes, and it is done right. RYAN also installed a Rachio smart controller, and I love it! I am always using Paul and Ryan Lawn & Tree as they know what they are doing!”

“Thank you to Paul and Raffie on your irrigation team. They have done a fabulous job installing our irrigation system at our house. They are installing a sprinkler system for our neighbors now. Anthony has also helped out with the irrigation controller box. I’m glad I picked RYAN to do our irrigation work.”
